Antique long chains in 14 karat gold are becoming scarce. We are pleased to offer a substantial and full length guard chain in a beautiful, light reflective interlocking link. Measuring 64 inches long, this is a “closed” (endless) chain; it can be wrapped twice or three times, slipped over the head. At buyer’s option, we can “open” the chain so that it can be looped four times (please allow extra time for work to be done). In addition, at buyer’s option, we can create a series of shorter chains (in the spirit of our Deconstructed Chain Series) to the buyer’s specifications, at an additional cost to be determined). Wear this doubled for an effortlessly elegant look. Or loop it three times to fill an open neckline. Suspend a favorite pendant or locket to the dog clip. Experiment with positioning the dog clip with pendant to the side or higher or lower among the triple chain layers.
