(SOLD) Antique Georgian Turquoise and Diamond Maltese Cross Brooch/Pendant
The cross is 200 years old, yet it is surprisingly modern in its appeal. Vivid turquoise and old mine cut diamonds form a stylized Maltese cross, almost pointillist in effect. Circa 1820. We love this layered among a stack of antique gold chains.
The gemstones are set in gold and silver, over closed backs.
