Vintage Art Nouveau Style Gold and Diamond Statement Ring

$2,750.00

Female, Powerful.

The iconic Art Nouveau female, with her long, whiplash tresses, is front and center on this ring. She is a direct descendent of Alphonse Mucha’s feminine ideal of the Art Nouveau movement — the sensual, liberated, and powerful woman of a new modern era. Here, her crowning glory is studded with three diamonds, with another diamond at her breast.

The ring is strong and bold, yet streamlined, with contours reminiscent of cigar band styles. It is unapologetically large, with knuckle to knuckle coverage, yet it is supremely comfortable on the hand, with a low profile and interior curvature hugging the contours of the finger.

Wear this on the first finger — the better to make a visual impact when making a manual point — or the middle finger. We see this instantly becoming a personal signature piece.

Unmarked.

18k gold

Dimensions and weight:

● 26.8 mm long (face of the ring); tapers to 4.2 mm long (back of shank)

● .27 ctw diamond (I-J colors/VS clarities) (total count 4 brilliant cut diamonds)

● 16 grams

● US size 9.25 (can be resized)

Period: Vintage (third quarter 20th century)

*Please note that all dimensions and weights are approximate. Age-commensurate wear may be present.
