A chunky domed rose cut diamond of at least 1 carat is set closed-backed in a silver — in turn set within a dramatically clawed belcher setting. The diamond is mesmerizing — a heart of great depth — and cleftless, as early hearts were.

Fabulous on the right hand, the pinky, or as a one of a kind engagement or anniversary ring. We love this early Victorian beauty stacked with mixed metals and pavé diamond bands.

The gold is yellow, with a hint of rose.

15k to 18k (tests variously), silver, and diamond.
