This jewel is instantly recognizable as the work of Georges Lenfant, the famed French goldsmith firm which made jewelry — most notably chains — for many of the most prestigious jewelry houses, such as Cartier, Hermès, VCA, and Tiffany. This particular bracelet was made for Gübelin, founded in 1854. It is from the “Paillette” series — with that intricate, light reflective woven texture that is signature Lenfant.

Secure box closure, along with discreet safety ratchet mechanism that is distinctive to Georges Lenfant bracelets.

Marked 750 and maker’s marks for Gübelin and Georges Lenfant.
