Dating to the early 20th century, this beautifully crafted heart pendant opens on the reverse via a lift-out cover to reveal a locket compartment, designed to keep a cherished memento close to your heart.
At the center is its original, boldly saturated synthetic fuchsia-pink sapphire, framed by radiating beams set with sparkling, chunky antique rose-cut diamonds. The effect is dazzling—see the video.
