A wonderfully sentimental mourning ring, of a rarely found design. A mother of pearl urn is set over blond plaited hair, in an elongated squared oval plaque, outlined in black enamel. The dedication, in the black enamel, reads: “Sacred to the Memory of Wm Watson Ob 8 July 1793 Ae 26."
